Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) is a common thermoplastic polymer. ABS has a very wide range of applications. These include domestic appliances, telephone handsets computer and other office equipment housings, lawn mower covers, safety helmets, luggage shells, pipes and fittings. ABS is often used in automotive interior and exterior trim components.
